The Training and Placement (T&P) was set up with a view to provide necessary impetus to launch our students to make it to the best organizations in the fields of Software, Core Industries, Management & Real World where cut-throat competition is the order of the day. It plays a vital role in finding suitable job opportunities for students. MHSSCOE is an exciting place to study and grow. It is a place where thinkers become leaders, a place where the thirst for knowledge fuels our desire for distinction. The department is constantly pitching different industries to build relations and network with industry people as many speakers from well known companies share their expertise with our students. Nowadays organizations are not only searching for candidates with a prescribed skill set but more importantly individuals with a preference to extend required range of abilities throughout their work hence T&P Department organizes and conducts Aptitude Training, Technical Training, Soft Skill Training, Resume Writing Sessions, Mock Interviews & Student Counseling Sessions along with tests for the students of Pre final year and final year. In addition to the academic curriculum, students also undergo Summer Internships/Industrial training in reputed industries in their area of specialization. All efforts are made to make them Industry ready. We have an excellent consistent placement track record in past years. The department is open for students to meet, interact and get all the support to build their career.
